Best Beam Clamps manufacturer and Exporter

Beam clamps are mechanical fastening devices used to securely attach loads, equipment, or support systems to structural steel beams without the need for drilling or welding. These are designed to grip the flange of I-beams or H-beams and create a stable anchor point for suspended installations.

Beam Clamps Applications / Uses

Beam Clamp is commonly used in construction and industrial environments for lifting, rigging, and supporting heavy loads safely, while providing a non-invasive solution that preserves the structural integrity of steel frameworks, and widely applied for hanging pipes, cable trays, HVAC ducting, and electrical systems in buildings and infrastructure projects.

Beam Clamps Materials

Our manufactured Beam Clamps featuring adjustable or fixed jaw designs that allow compatibility with different beam sizes and configurations, typically manufactured from high-strength steel or alloy materials to handle heavy-duty load requirements, and valued for their ease of installation, reusability, and flexibility in both temporary and permanent applications, making them an efficient and reliable solution for modern construction, mechanical, Strut Channel Support Systems and structural support systems.

Unistrut Beam Clamps (i beam clamps) are made from hot-rolled, pickled and oiled steel plates, strip or coil, and conform to ASTM specifications A575, A576, A635, or A36. The fitting steel also meets the physical requirements of ASTM A1011 SS GR 33. The pickling of steel produces a smooth surface free from scale. Many i beam clamps are also available in stainless steel.
